Retail Team: Use ARO and your team ID number (Ex: ARO56789)

Corporate Team/ Farr West Team: Use AFS and your team ID number (Ex: AFS12345)

Password:

Your password is your hire date or service date, which can be found on Insite under My Team Member Information (Ex: Hire Date: May 5, 2005, Enter in 05222005)

If you are having trouble logging into the site:
Step 1: Click "Reset Password", enter your Login ID and click "Submit". An e-mail will be sent to the email address you have on file with AFS or ARO to reset your password. *Please note: This could be your personal email address. The email you had set-up with HR.
